I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of a national park. The owner, Stanka, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided us with delicious homemade spirits and juice, giving a personal touch to our experience. The flat itself was well-equipped for cooking meals and had comfortable beds for a relaxing evening in. Stanka's helpfulness and knowledge about the national park and its attractions made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Žabljak! First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms being clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. I especially loved having a balcony with a stunning view. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the bus station and within easy reach of all the attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable for a romantic escape. We appreciated the proximity to the town center and the easy access to local restaurants and shops. Additionally, the well-maintained facilities contributed to a pleasant stay.

The staff was inattentive and unhelpful, which affected our overall experience. We felt ignored and unwelcome during our time at the hotel, particularly when we needed assistance. The lack of hospitality left us with a negative impression.

The apartments were conveniently located just a short walk from the bus station, making transportation a breeze. the clean and spacious rooms had everything we needed, including a full oven and a log burning fire. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even gave us a list of things to do in the area and a map. Plus, the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet.

While the rooms themselves were great, there was a lack of nearby restaurants and shops.

the location was perfect, close to a popular restaurant and a playground for the kids. the host was friendly and offered us his homemade grappa, which we enjoyed very much.

the apartment was not very warm, and we had to request extra blankets multiple times.
